We have educational components to all our general membership meetings as well as free attendance to PMN (Performance Management Network) classes that this Chapter sponsors yearly. In the past few years our members have taken classes including: The Business of Your Business, Effective Negotiating Techniques, Harnessing the Power, Networking & Referral System and At Home with Diversity. Motivation-getting involved keeps you energized and motivated to take your business to new heights Personal Growth-through your participation members have an opportunity to learn and grow and board members , committee members, volunteers and officers continue to expand their leadership skills. Financial Benefits– our Chapter has awards for referrals, recruitment and production through the annual Beacon Awards. We have opportunities to insure successful transactions by doing business with other members who are serious and committed about their business as you. National and State Meetings and Conferences-Women’s Council offers a host of business-building national, state and special events. There are networking conferences, business summits, State meetings, the Mid-Year Meetings (in DC) and the National Conference that provide members an opportunity to come together, boost their knowledge and make contacts from all over the nation.
